Some estates involve multiple properties, numerous assets, business interests, creditor issues, or other complexities that require ongoing legal guidance. Weekend Law assists executors and administrators throughout the probate and estate administration process, including asset transfers, deed preparation, inventories, accountings, beneficiary coordination, and other matters necessary to settle the estate. Our goal is to simplify the process, reduce stress, and help ensure the estate is administered efficiently and in accordance with Virginia law.
Because the scope of work varies significantly from estate to estate, comprehensive estate administration services are quoted on a flat-fee basis following an initial consultation and review of the estate.
